I am the wellbeing coach for working moms who want to be able to live life more calmly and at ease.
Like a personal trainer for your mind, I help you build the mental muscles that allow you to ride the waves of life steadfast and with confidence so that you aren't knocked over or burnt out by the needs and expectations of others.
I was living a chaotic, flustered and unproductive life, working a full day while also managing the emotional and mental load of those around me, meeting everyone else’s needs and expectations with little time left to meet my own!
I lived with guilt, pressure, stress and overwhelm and the impact of this was that I was short-tempered, irritable, unhappy and overweight and I wasn't achieving any of the goals I set for myself.
I realized that if I was going to enjoy the work that I do, succeeding in it while being the mum that I wanted to be, I needed to set boundaries and make choices that would make me feel in control so that I could be more present in the moment.
I created a way of being that allows me to focus better, be present and enjoy the moment while also finding time for me in amongst the noise. And my mission is to help other working moms do the same!
I felt insecure, worried and stressed before I met Charlotte. I was facing financial problems, marriage problems, and an addict son in rehab.
I found I could open up to Charlotte from the beginning and talk to her about anything. I felt lighter and free after working with Charlotte. She gave me the tools to feel lighter and calmer.

The Managing Mum podcast grew out of a longing to share the resilience strategies that I had learnt and put into practice to become the wife and mum that I wanted to be as well as helping my clients reach that point too.
This podcast is full of researched and experienced information that can help you manage the juggle peacefully and productively.
This is a comfortable space for high-achieving, driven working moms who are managing it all.
In this group, you will be offered expert training and encouragement from me as well as support from a group of professional women also managing the juggle in this season of working motherhood.
