I am a personal trainer, wellbeing coach, mum and wife who works because I love my job.
I was living a chaotic, flustered and unproductive life, working a full day while also managing the emotional and mental load of those around me, meeting everyone else's needs and expectations with little time left to meet my own!
I realised that if I was going to enjoy the work that I do alongside being the happy, present coach and mother that I wanted to be, I needed to set boundaries and make choices so that would make me feel in control so that I could be more present in the moment.
I developed this coaching program with you, the mum juggling it all, in mind. I know how important it is to have a place where you can talk without judgment and where you can be seen and heard in confidence, and I am uniquely suited to help you figure out the way forward for you as an individual so that it is easier to implement the changes that are needed and to stay the path.

In our hour together, we will spend some time building awareness around your current situation and where you want to be so that we can begin to develop a path to get there.
After the session, you might be provided with homework and I will be available to for a check in on that homework as you need me for the following week. This might include a worksheet or a resource or something for you to practice.
I will send you a recording of your session and a recap of the discussion so that you have these to refer back to.
If you find the initial coaching session helpful, there will be an opportunity to sign up for an 8 session coaching programme where you will get one session for free should you purchase the full programme. You are also welcome to purchase individual sessions one by one at your own pace.
Working with a coach is a bit like working with a mental personal trainer! As long as you are doing the work, you are going to see the results. And the results you see will be individually based on what you want to get out of the coaching. However, I truly believe that you will start to see changes in how you understand yourself and can engage with the world around you as you build new mental muscles which you can start to do after one session with the right tools!
I like to use the analogy of driving a car. When you work with me, you are the driver of the car. With a psychologist, the car would have a big rear view mirror and a small windscreen. You would be looking back at where you have come from and how that impacts where you are today.
With coaching, the car we are driving has a big windscreen because we are looking at moving forward from where you are to a place where you want to be. There will, of course, be time to look at where you have come from but our focus is to get you from point A to point B with you in the driver's seat and me as a passenger, reflecting, observing and asking you questions to help you figure out where you are going and how to get there.
If you are only going to have one session, the time commitment will be one sixty minute meeting
If you are signing up to a full coaching package, it is up to you as the client how often you would like to meet. My suggestion is that we meet once every two weeks for sixty minutes.
This gives you time to implement the tools and practices that you have agreed to work on and to them bring any feedback or results to the next coaching session.
